I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Crystal Healer, Womens' Circle Facilitator and Childrens' Creative Mindfulness Practitioner.
I offer a variety of services and experiences with the aim of guiding others to finding their inner power so that they can heal, grow or transform. I have a passion for creating supportive and loving spaces where people are totally safe to be themselves, free from judgment and expectation.
I live and breathe my work, and share only the practices I have deeply connected with myself. I prefer not to think of myself as someone who is teaching you, more so that I am someone who is able to hold the space for you as you listen to your own inner guidance.

I'm so glad you found me...
I'm Stella, and I'm so glad you found me. I believe we have crossed paths for a reason and that you will find something that you are looking for in one of my offerings. Whether you are just embarking on your spiritual journey, you are going through something and are seeking support or community, you need relief from physical or emotional symptoms, you want to learn practices to support you through the stresses of life or it's simply time to start prioritising yourself and giving yourself the time that you deserve, I believe there is something for everyone.
After many years of suffering traumas, illnesses and anxiety with a constant feeling of not fitting in, Reiki found me and my journey of self healing began. I was finally able to unravel layer upon layer of pain and stress and in the process was able to learn who I really was, and why I was here.
After having such a profound experience on my own healing journey, I became passionate about sharing this knowledge with others through offering healing sessions and teaching.
Nature is the magic that is weaved throughout all my circles and events, as I am a firm believer in living in flow with natures cycles, be it the seasons or the moon, and in deepening the connection to nature, we deepen the connection to ourselves.
I love my work with children as much as I do adults, and have offered my Creative Mindfulness and Crystal Workshops far and wide to children of all ages, from toddlers to teens. I have run classes at Norden Farm Centre For The Arts as well as being on their Schools Programme and have also offered classes for their outreach project for Home Start. I've had the wonderful opportunity to share my workshops to lots of beautiful families at Russell Brands Community Festival, The World Yoga Festival and Fearne Cottons Happy Place Festival. I began my working career as a teacher at a Montessori Nursery School, before spending many years as a childminder, and love that I can bring all aspects of my experience together when working with children.
For adults, I offer one to one healing sessions, Reiki Training, Meditation Classes, Crystal Healing Workshops, monthly Womens Moon Circles, Seasonal Retreat Days, Moon Magick courses and Retreat Weekends in sacred places such as The Chalice Well in Glastonbury. One thing each of these offerings has in common is that people walk away feeling supported, empowered and held with love, which is always my purpose.
I continue to learn and grow with each person who walks through the door for healing or to attend an event, and I am so grateful to be on this journey with you.
